After we send you the tracking number, there may be a delay in the tracking information display. It is recommended to check again after 8 hours.

Once we send you the tracking number, it takes 8-10 days to ship to European countries, 9-11 days to ship to the United States, and 10-12 days to Canada.

Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date granted that the item(s) is in its original state and with the SNCKICKS tags attached.
